This salad dressing is made from vinegar and Golden Mustache runners. When mixed with water, it ends up absolutely delicous!
Ingredients:
-Golden Mustache runners (concentration will depend based on amount of runners)
-400mL Apple Cider Vinegar (w/ the "Mother")
-Water
Instructions:
1: Cut the runners into small, 1cm (1/2 inch) pieces. Place them in a glass container.
2: Add the apple cider vinegar and mix well.
3: Leave in a cool, dark place for a few weeks, until it turns a nice purple colour.
4: Pour out the resulting dressing into a dark glass jar and store in the fridge.
5: You will now have some runner pieces left inside of your original container. Fill the container with water and let it sit in a coo, dark place for 1-2 weeks longer. You will end up with a second batch of salad dressing, at a much lower concentration.
Use:
This delicous salad dressing must be used in small quantites. Whenever you wish to use the dressing, mix the dressing with water. To be safe, it should be aproximately the same colour as the picture at the right.
To add into a salad, mix a tiny amount of this diluted dressing with even more water to taste. You may also add 1tbsp of vegetable oil for a delicous, but not overwhelming, salad dressing!

The Golden Mustache salad dressing. I personally mix it 1 part dressing with 1 or 2 parts water, as well as with 1tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
